I'd like to run a one-time review cycle with a start date set for a week from now, but there only seems to be a way to create a review that will launch right now. It would be ideal to create the review schedule with both a launch date and conclusion date in advance.

It would be nice to have the ability to update the progress of tasks numerically, especially if the objective progress is being calculated by related tasks. Only updating the objective progress bar when a task is complete, ignores and discredits the effort ongoing under the individual tasks

It would be awesome if we could layer different levels of sorting in tasks. For example, being able to sort by label, and then adding another sorting layer to sort by date.

Would like to be able to export my tasks directly from the task page into an excel or CSV file.

We have our monthly reviews we write about how our month went and it would be good to have formatting options in the comment section of the reviews like having fonts that we can bold or keep it italics or even numbering our points or summary.

When adding progress to a goal, it’s not always happening in the moment. Sometimes updates reflect work done earlier, and it would make sense to backdate the entry for accuracy. Having a simple date field - defaulting to today, but editable - would give users more flexibility and make progress tracking more reflective of reality. If you’ve ever added progress a day or two late, vote to make this small but meaningful improvement happen.

As admin I would appreciate more informative note when I'm about to e.g. delete the review cycle. Now infobox says: "Are you sure you want to delete this cycle" - so you actually don't know if you selected the correct cycle. When testing and then deleting this to clean up system, this feature would be a great support not to delete or change anything important. So in this specific case it couls be "Are you sure you want to delete XXXX cycle".

Currently a normal user is able to see all goals, unless the goal is marked as private. A scoped admin sees only ones inside their scope, which is really not logical since an admin should be based on a regular user role. We need to use scoped admins to allow certain users to edit the goals inside their units and at the same time as a company, want to keep things as transparent as possible.

Allow a link to be shared with externals to give recognition to employees. It is one 1 link and the same link can be shared. Externals have access to select who to give recognition to because they have access to a library of employees. The system records their name and contact information. Provide a feature that only lets the link work for a limited period of time. (similar to how you run a survey)
