Connect Teamflect to AI assistants like Claude and Copilot. Once connected, you can check goals, review status, and feedback, or prep for 1:1s — right from your chat.

To be able to list key results under objective inside the review

Spell check is available in Teamflect Chat but not when writing Goals or Goal Comments. It would be great to have spell check and spelling suggestions in these fields as well to provide a consistent writing experience across Teamflect. This would help users catch spelling mistakes when creating and updating their goals.

this would help clearly see what tasks are completed , pending at risk etc - one view will allow CXO's to gain good understanding of how the departments are proceeding

When Comments enter and saved, system allow to delete and re-enter it, but not allow to edit on existing Comments. Please add-on "Edit" icon so that user can direct edit the comments instead of delete it then re-enter. Request able to copy & paste Table (i.e. excel) into the Comments or vice versa. incomplete comments will missing, no draft save function - request have draft function.

Ability switch between dark and light mode would be great.

Make provision for the user to configure the dashboard and see what matters to them the most.

It would be great to have multiple people be able to contribute to review questions to be able to see all their results in one question as opposed to assigning it via 360 feedback and all their answers to the same questions are separate.

Bulk Role Management When managing roles in Teamflect, add bulk-selection and filtering capabilities to make administration easier. For example, allow administrators to filter for users not assigned to any role, select all matching records, and remove or clean up redundant role assignments in a single action. This would significantly reduce manual effort and improve data maintenance for larger user populations.

Sharing with other teams or embedding in a Confluence page would be very helpful.
