It would be nice to have the ability to set a task due date a certain number of days after another task has been completed (Task B is due 30 days after completion of Task A)

Would love a way to set a default setting that would remove the completed tasks from the Tasks "block" on the Home Page and have it only show Tasks that are in progress or incomplete.

I would love to see some type of white board added to meetings to allow for brainstorming during the meeting using post its or some collaboration from all team members.

I think it would be beneficial to be able to track assigned goals using percentage of completion.

Expand Report Reader persmissions so that person can Calibrate a review for any employee they are assigned as managers for - right now only way they can Calibrate reviews is if they become Admin which opens up all reviews (including their own) to their access.

In performance management systems I have used in the past, employees were able to add feedback for themselves that became agenda topics within their 1:1 meeting. I have a list of performance competencies that my staff are evaluated on and it would be nice to have an option where they can add feedback related to those areas of performance. The lack of this feature greatly impacts our ability to document on-going feedback that my staff want to bring to my attention.

Hi, it would be very benefitial for admins to see the history of changes (including date stamp) on the review templates.
