Users will be able to export Goals / OKRs file. This helps teams easily present goal progress and alignments in meetings or leadership updates without manual formatting.

I would like to propose a feature enhancement that could greatly benefit organizations with rehired employees. In our setup, when an employee leaves, we retain their old employee ID. If they return to the company, they are assigned a new ID and a new Teamflect profile is created. It would be extremely helpful to have a profile merge feature that allows us to combine the old profile with the new one. This would enable us to retain and consolidate their historical data—such as KPIs, reviews, and development documentation—under a single, continuous record. This enhancement would be valuable for documentation, performance continuity, and maintaining a complete employee history. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

Teamflect - External user access management allows secure, controlled access for external stakeholders, enabling collaboration while protecting sensitive internal data.

Currently, a goal in Teamflect can be measured using one metric (progress percentage, sub-goal completion, or survey score). However, in many real performance scenarios, a goal is considered achieved only when multiple conditions are met together. For example: A goal may be considered complete when: All sub-goals are completed AND A related KPI or survey score (such as Customer Satisfaction) reaches a specified percentage. This means the final goal outcome depends on both: Deliverables (actions/tasks/sub-goals completed) Impact (measurable survey or performance result) Feature Request Add the ability to create Composite Goal Measurements, such as: Goal Status = (Sub-goal completion) AND (Survey Score ≥ X%) or allow combining multiple metrics or conditions with AND / OR logic. Why This Matters This feature would: Enable more accurate performance evaluation Reflect real-world impact-based KPIs Support goals where effort alone is not enough — outcomes matter too This is especially important in: Customer satisfaction programs Donor and beneficiary experience measurement Quality improvement initiatives Monthly/quarterly operational performance tracking

Users will be able to create and manage preset goal / OKR templates that users can choose from when setting a new goal. This helps standardize goal-setting across teams and saves time by reducing manual entry especially for frequently repeated objectives.

I need the List View in the Goals module to be more condensed so that I can read our OKRs in full without switching views. It would be helpful to have built-in options to adjust font size or create a more compact display, allowing us to fit more goals on the screen at once.

I want to include more information in my objective titles, but the current character limit is restrictive. It would be beneficial to have the ability to expand the word count in the objective title to accommodate more detailed descriptions.

I would like to have a Date Picker option added to the review question set options in Teamflect. Currently, there are options like Freeform, Multiple Choice, and Rating, but a Date Picker would be very useful for selecting specific dates easily. This feature would enhance the flexibility and usability of the review process.

I want to link your application with Teamwork for better task management and collaboration. Currently, there is no direct integration available, which limits my ability to streamline workflows between the two platforms. It would be beneficial to have a seamless connection between your application and Teamwork to enhance productivity and efficiency.

We are finding the fixed columns very limiting and would like to have the option to add additional ones. Customizable columns would be great. We would also like to be able to adjust the column width (like how one would do with an excel sheet).
