I would like to propose a feature enhancement that could greatly benefit organizations with rehired employees. In our setup, when an employee leaves, we retain their old employee ID. If they return to the company, they are assigned a new ID and a new Teamflect profile is created. It would be extremely helpful to have a profile merge feature that allows us to combine the old profile with the new one. This would enable us to retain and consolidate their historical data—such as KPIs, reviews, and development documentation—under a single, continuous record. This enhancement would be valuable for documentation, performance continuity, and maintaining a complete employee history. Thank you for considering this suggestion.
