Feature requests

We need an option to submit recognitions as anonymous. I am an admin that is adding in anonymous recognitions that were submitted outside of Teamflect, so when I add them to Teamflect I don't want them to come from me, because I didn't send them. I am just essentially uploading them. If this can only be done on the admin side, that is fine as well.

It would be great if the Notes module in Teamflect integrated with OneNote.

I would like dark mode on Teamflect. See attached. Thanks, Joe

"Dark Mode" is a setting in Teams, allows my app to be dark background. I would like the same option in Teamflect.

We want to allow anybody in the meeting to be ablke to make a meeting topic recurring. Today it is just the person who creates the topic.

In the feedback request, you only see a picture, not a name. If someone changes their picture to someone else’s, for example to my picture, people might think they are providing feedback for me, while it is actually sent to someone else.

Feedback givers often sit down and complete multiple feedback requests in a row. As a manager, you then see these feedback items come in one by one, followed by an anonymous feedback for themself. Because of this pattern, it is quite easy to figure out who the anonymous feedback is from.

What I am noticing is that receiving feedback one by one keeps people very busy at the moment. It used to be delivered all at once, so people had one moment to read it and deal with the anxiety around it. Now the feedback comes in over several weeks. I see that people find it difficult to handle this over such a long period.

Add the ability to convert a Talking Point (Agenda item) directly into a task. Which would be handy for setting follow actions for team members.

It would be useful to find previous meeting notes in Teamflect if there was a search function.
