Feature requests

As I have been updating users information, I realized that it would be much better for departments field to be a dropdown. Manually typing the department creates opportunity for human error, typos, and inconsistent department names (ex: Admin vs Administration). All of which will cause issues in my reports if they are not consistent. I would like a drop down to keep everything consistent and reduce the possibility of human error.

It would be great, to be able to pin comments on goals. A clear indication of the pin is needed, maybe a pin in the top right corner, that can be clicked to pin or unpin. This would be great especially for comments that link to files or have important information, that does not belong in the description.

Admins need a way to validate the full 360 experience before going live, including: What the feedback provider receives/sees The questions and instructions displayed The overall participant experience and flow Any email/notification communication associated with the request Expected behavior: Add a “Send test” option for 360 feedback so admins can send the configured 360 to themselves or selected test users without creating actual feedback requests or affecting the live process/results. Business impact: This would allow admins to confidently QA their 360 setup before launching it at scale and reduce the risk of configuration or communication issues being discovered only after employees receive the request.

Ability switch between dark and light mode would be great.

Would be great with the option to watch the heatmap or a video of visits on the application/website, to know where users click the most. This would help Admins to adjust setup.

we require a new improvement on check-in template visibility on notes page and the reason is that people cannot find the past check in templates easily so they started using reviews instead. They would require something like this:

If the calibrator adds comments/requests changes or improvements from the Reviewer there should be a seperate button to send back to the reviewer with notes, and reviewer should receive notifications. And after the changes made by the reviewer they should be able to resend for calibration If the calibrator does not request any changes there should be a seperate button that would send it back for finalization process.

Our company sets goals (specifically "Development Goals") quarterly. We require employees to have set their quarterly Development Goal within the first 2 weeks of the quarter. Without the control to turn off the ability to create a new Development Goal type, employee's can create Development goals late and we are not able to prevent them from doing so.
