The possibility to fill the review by Managers earlier than employees and save it as a draft would help many companies to organize this review process in a more sustainable and efficient way. The draft should only be seen by Managers not employees and shared after employee filled their self-review.

Often it's so slow to load that it never does or I give up before it has pulled up any contents. This is the same across multiple devices and despite blazing fast internet

We need to set aside a separate points budget specifically for managers and administrators. This will give them more flexibility to recognize and reward team members by allowing them to give badges with higher point values.

Users will be able to edit their goal details, title, process, status, and more directly on the Goal page.

Enable users to print 360-degree feedback directly from the platform for easier sharing and documentation.

It would be great if admins had the ability to enable or disable modules for specific departments / teams. Currently, the only option is to activate or deactivate them for the entire company.

Allow users to turn on/off sections of the home screen based on what they want/need to see. If user does not want to see the Reviews or Goals section on the home screen, allow that to be turned off and fill the space with the portions they do want. Perhaps also allow space allocation settings so users can make one section more prominent than others... example: expand the tasks portion to show across 2 sections or more if desired.

Suggest that you make a Homepage for everyone in the org to post updates etc, like a social media plattform

Meeting notes can become very long. A floating toolbar that remains at the top/bottom of the view window for shared/private meeting notes would be useful so we don't have to scroll to the top to create bulleted/numbered lists, etc.

currently you can not add the teamflect app to a meeting running that is a channel meeting in MS Teams. It tells you that: "Teamflect currently only works in pre-scheduled meetings in your calendar. We will soon be available in instant calls as well!" Will channel meetings be considered Instant calls and we will be able to use the app while in the channel meeting? Please add the ability to run the app while in a channel meeting.
