Currently, Talking Points in meetings are able to carry through to future meetings, but the shared notes within them do not.
We understand the reason for this, but would love the option to toggle repetitive shared notes as well as we use these as specific agenda items within the talking points.
Will save us a lot of manual work moving forward needing to find the old meeting and re-write the agenda items each time.

Is this is the planned status since 07/2025. When is this going to be done?
I have a weekly meeting with my team and every week I need to copy all notes from the previous meeting.

I cannot commend this one more. This is the missing element that has us considering moving off the product - soon.
We should be able to make all shared notes persistent - both under the Talking Points and in the Shared and Private Notes section. These are recurring, long-term staff relationships with work that continues between many meetings. We will remove the persistent items as they are completed.
Frankly, I can't imagine why incomplete tasks wouldn't also persist. This makes one meeting efficient with everything in one place to discuss and share.
We hope this is added soon, or sadly...we are out

I would like to be able to continue meeting notes from one meeting to the next so that I can add to them and not flip back and forth between last meeting and current meeting to remember what was last discussed.

I add sub notes to talking point items on recurring 1 on 1s, but have to enter them every time manually. Should have the ability to make notes recurring as well to correspond with the talking point OR make the talking point section capable of sub bulleted items.
