Feature requests

Admins need a way to validate the full 360 experience before going live, including: What the feedback provider receives/sees The questions and instructions displayed The overall participant experience and flow Any email/notification communication associated with the request Expected behavior: Add a “Send test” option for 360 feedback so admins can send the configured 360 to themselves or selected test users without creating actual feedback requests or affecting the live process/results. Business impact: This would allow admins to confidently QA their 360 setup before launching it at scale and reduce the risk of configuration or communication issues being discovered only after employees receive the request.

Add feature to enable us to export the Feedback template, to check it out as a document and possibly even make changes to the document and import templates back.

As a manager, I'd like to be able to request additional clarification from a feedback provider after they've submitted their 360-degree feedback. Sometimes the feedback we receive is very brief or lacks enough context to be actionable. Instead of reaching out outside the platform, it would be much more efficient if managers could request elaboration directly within Teamflect. Ideally, this would allow managers to: Request clarification on a submitted feedback response Include an optional message explaining what additional context is needed Notify the original feedback provider Allow the provider to update or add to their existing response without creating a new feedback request This would encourage more meaningful, actionable feedback while keeping the entire conversation and feedback history within the system.

It would be helpful to have a "send reminder" button in all 360 feedback cycles for the admins to push out reminders for all providers just like in the reviews.

Add the ability to bring competencies into 360 feedback templates so competency-based evaluation can be included as part of the 360 feedback process, similar to the reviews module. This would help customers run more structured and comprehensive feedback cycles without needing a separate process.

It would be nice to have a way to respond to feedback. Either positive or constructive feedbacks may want to be responded to.

In performance management systems I have used in the past, employees were able to add feedback for themselves that became agenda topics within their 1:1 meeting. I have a list of performance competencies that my staff are evaluated on and it would be nice to have an option where they can add feedback related to those areas of performance. The lack of this feature greatly impacts our ability to document on-going feedback that my staff want to bring to my attention.

It would be beneficial to have the option to create an additional section where I could post our Core Questions which everyone completes on themselves and also everyone else they have a relationship with.

Within the feedback module, it would be greatly helpful for give and receive feedback types to also include an overall summary section that calculates the average score of included rating questions

It would be great if 360° feedback, the self-assessment and the manager's evaluation could be combined in such a way that the manager can give his feedback under the various self-assessment blocks and the overall result of the self-assessment and feedback given by the manager would then be visible in the result view. This would give you a clean document for personnel interviews and you wouldn't have to click back and forth between self-assessment and feedback from the manager. As soon as the self-assessment has been given, managers should then have the answer to each individual question and then, if necessary, be given the opportunity to provide feedback on the question or the entire subject area themselves.
