When commenting on a recognition "shift + enter" does not take you to the second line, but works same as the"enter". Also the "+" button gives the feeling of adding something else so it is confusing.

Customer created a recognition badge such as “Welcome on board officially” for employees who pass the trial/probation period. Current limitation: probation periods vary by role, so a fixed date-based automation is not flexible enough. Requested behavior: Automatically send recognition badges when a probation/onboarding milestone is completed. Support flexible timing based on role-specific probation periods. Example: 30-day probation → badge after 30 days 60-day probation → badge after 60 days

Admins will be able to decide which reward requires "approval". Not every reward should require approval

When sending recognitions to multiple users at once, Teamflect currently creates a single shared recognition post listing all selected recipients. For organizations running large-scale recognition programs, this can feel impersonal and requires significant manual effort when individualized messages are needed. Suggested Enhancement Allow admins and users to send personalized recognitions in bulk by introducing one or both of the following options: Option 1: "Send as Individual Recognitions" Toggle Add a toggle when creating a recognition: Send as individual recognitions When enabled: Teamflect creates a separate recognition post for each recipient. Each recipient receives their own recognition. No shared/group recognition post is created. Option 2: Dynamic Placeholders Allow placeholders within recognition messages, such as: #NAME# #DEPARTMENT# #TITLE# Additional placeholders in the future Example: Input: Congratulations #NAME# on being nominated for this year's Global Recognition Program! Output: Congratulations John on being nominated for this year's Global Recognition Program! Congratulations Sarah on being nominated for this year's Global Recognition Program! Each recipient would see a personalized version of the recognition. Business Use Case Organizations often run: Annual recognition programs Award nominations Employee appreciation campaigns Large-scale recognition initiatives While these programs may involve recognizing dozens or hundreds of employees at once, maintaining a personal touch remains important. Today, administrators must send recognitions one by one to achieve this. Add the automated birthday badge to the badges list to send a manual "happy birthday" message. Currently, I need to create another badge to do this.

To be able to drag and drop or customize the line-up for the leaderboard

We need an option to submit recognitions as anonymous. I am an admin that is adding in anonymous recognitions that were submitted outside of Teamflect, so when I add them to Teamflect I don't want them to come from me, because I didn't send them. I am just essentially uploading them. If this can only be done on the admin side, that is fine as well.

Hi team, I'd like to suggest enabling the option to sync announcements of new hires to internal teams channels - similar to the anniversaries and recogntion feeds.

That gray background on custom badges looks horrible next to the birthday and anniversary backgrounds. Can we get custom backgrounds, or even just something with more color to make the backgrounds better? Also, would be really nice to make the badge picture as big as the Employee Picture and then the title below.

Would like to see a feature where employees could submit nominations for an award without it being visible to the entire company? It's currently very manual to set up with checklists and then routing.
