Currently, notification delivery is universal—users must choose between receiving all notifications via Teams, Email, or both. This lacks flexibility: Some notifications (e.g., meeting reminders or 1-on-1 updates) make sense in Teams for real-time awareness. Others (e.g., goal updates or review summaries) are better suited to email for documentation and follow-up. This “one-size-fits-all” setup leads to either notification overload in Teams or missed key updates when users disable email entirely. Proposed Solution: Allow users (or admins) to define channel preferences per module, e.g.: ✅ Goals → Email only ✅ Meetings → Teams notifications only ✅ Tasks → Both Teams and Email

Expand Teamflect’s accessibility by introducing Italian language support across the platform. This enhancement allows Italian-speaking users to navigate, communicate, and engage with all features in their preferred language — improving user experience, inclusivity, and adoption among global teams.

Please can you add a trash/bin setting where things you have deleted go, so you can easily recover them if you delete them accidentally.

Ability switch between dark and light mode would be great.

We will enhance the user experience by improving the header design and functionality on the Home and Module pages of the app for better navigation and usability.

Why can’t I resize any of the windows or content? Impossible to use on mobile, and inconvenient on iPad. Likewise the sidebar navigation takes up sooooo much room. Why can’t I collapse it. It would be way more intuitive if I could.

Pretty much anywhere else you can highlight text and do Cmd-K to make it a link. It would be nice to add that functionality here. Secondly, after I click the link button, I then have to click in the URL box to put the focus/cursor there to paste in the URL.

The order of the Home page should be customizable, either by the user themselves or through the admin center. Currently, the review section is displayed first and most prominently, even though it is used "only" for development discussions, while goals and tasks are used continuously.
