Goals pop-up disappears if clicking outside of the box

When creating goals, the pop-up box disappears if you click outside of it, whether on purpose or not. The X in the top right corner is therefore useless. Please disable the function to close the pop-up by clicking outside of it, as it's causing work to be lost if you're not careful.

Hello Dear Andreas, yes, your comment makes perfect sense. We will work on this to improve the experience. When you click outside the pop-up window, you will see a dialog asking you to confirm.

Save Button or Prompt to show that it has saved
It’s not obvious that text you have entered has saved which means you don’t want to click off the page. Either make it obvious that the it has saved (with a prompt) or add a save button
Offline work
Make it possible to do work offline. I’m writing this while working on a train where internet service is patchy at best
Allow goals to be visible without clicking on them
Why do I need to click on the goal to see the text while doing the reviews. It makes the process very cumbersome

Hi Ben, thank you for sharing your suggestions. To better understand your request, are you referring to having an Offline Mode that would allow you to use Teamflect without an internet connection?
Regarding your note on goal visibility, could you clarify what you meant by goals being visible without needing to click on them? Are you referring to goals that are part of a review period?
We appreciate any additional context you can provide.
