If the calibrator adds comments/requests changes or improvements from the Reviewer there should be a seperate button to send back to the reviewer with notes, and reviewer should receive notifications. And after the changes made by the reviewer they should be able to resend for calibration If the calibrator does not request any changes there should be a seperate button that would send it back for finalization process.

It would be beneficial to have an option within Review Automations to start anniversary-based review cycles a set number of days before the employee’s actual anniversary date, such as 2 weeks in advance. This would allow organizations to complete and finalize the review before the employee’s anniversary, rather than starting the review on the anniversary date itself. Ideally, admins could configure how many days before the anniversary the automation should trigger.

Teams running global performance processes currently have to maintain a separate template for every language, and repeat every change across all of them. With automatic translation, one template can serve everyone. People can see review forms in their own language.

Need to be able to select from a competency bank which competencies are strengths and which are opportunities or focus areas and add comments. Similar to how they work in IDPs. Essentially assigning a group of competencies to various roles/departments, then allow you in the Review to select which from that group you want to focus on for the review instead of all showing up and forcing you to respond to each.

We use multiple templates and often need to apply the same setting changes across all of them, such as updating the visibility of self-assessments. Currently, each template must be opened and updated individually. This becomes very time-consuming and increases the risk of inconsistent settings across templates. It would be helpful to have a bulk-edit option that allows admins to select multiple templates and update shared settings at once. Ideally, we would be able to: Select multiple templates Choose the setting we want to update Apply the change to all selected templates in one action Review which templates will be affected before confirming This would significantly reduce administrative effort and make it easier to maintain consistent configurations across our review templates.

Use AI to organize 1:1 meeting notes to help develop comments for performance reviews. I suggestions about needing to associate discussion points to goals in 1:1 meetings. I think this can be accomplished by having specific goals as meeting topics to discuss during the 1:1. Adding the ability to have AI review talking points from several 1:1 meetings with a common or similar topic and then organizing those comments will be much more efficient than having a supervisor go through each 1:1 meeting.

We will move the review lists from the My Team and All Reviews pages to a dedicated page for a more streamlined experience. The new page will introduce bulk calibration actions, making it easier for admins to review, calibrate, and manage multiple reviews efficiently.

It would be helpful to have a Send Reminder button available within review cycles created through Automation Rules, similar to one-off review cycles, so administrators can easily send reminders to reviewers and reviewees to complete their reviews.

Would like to be able to insert my signature instead of having to try to write it with my trackpad. Suggesting the ability to insert my signature as I do in Adobe Acrobat DC on a pdf.
