Allow multiple reviewers on one review: in the case of joint supervision; right now the only way to do it is adding comments, separate from the first reviewer; We want to enable 2 to 3 joint supervisors all being able to access the review and edit, but when one is editing, the others get locked out from editing at the same time.

A new Quick Actions panel will be added to the review page, giving reviewers and reviewees AI-powered shortcuts to draft, summarize, and analyze reviews. Key features include: Action buttons: View profile summary, see notes, create task, send recognition. Visibility depends on module settings and user roles. AI triggers: Context-aware buttons for drafting self-reviews, summarizing reviews, spotting biased language, and proposing next-cycle development plans.

I'd like a way to finalize only selected reviews (multi-select finalize), not all at one or one by one. We have large review cycles (>100 people) and sometimes we don't want to finalize all of them at the same time. It is very tedious to have to do them all individually.

In our performance reviews, it's challenging to distinguish between main goals and subgoals as they have the same look and feel. I propose either visualizing the main goal with a dropdown to see subgoals or using different colors to differentiate them. This would make it easier for both the reviewee and reviewer to identify them at first sight.

Today, managers/reviewers can sign off / submit / finalize a performance review without conducting a documented 1-on-1 with the employee. We would like to make the 1-on-1 meeting a requirement before finalization

Can you add a word count display or limits in review answers?

Problem: Users already write detailed goal progress/comments inside the Goals module. During mid-year / year-end reviews, the goal-related questions in the Reviews module ask them to write the same narrative again (duplicate effort).Requested behavior: When goals are pulled into a review, allow admins to disable/hide the free-form goal comment questions (or auto-populate them) so users can review/sign off goals without re-entering text. Ideally: show the goal + the latest progress update/comment history in the review context

ability to drag and reposition goals as they appear within a review.

During an active cycle - have the system flag anyone that gets a low # or below expectations to alert the calibrators. This will allow us to immediately review and meet with managers to plan communication and performance development.
