Once a review is finalized and released, there is no built-in way for a reviewee to formally contest the outcome. This adds an appeal workflow: the reviewee submits an appeal explaining what they want reconsidered, it is permanently recorded, admins are notified with a pending action, and an admin can respond directly within the review. Gives employees a documented channel to raise concerns after a review is locked.
