Feature requests

Current: Goals show annual progress only; monthly progress looks “at risk” when only a fraction is completed. Request: Ability to set monthly milestones within an annual goal without creating 12 separate sub-goals. Pain: Entering 12 sub-goals for each annual target = too much manual work when we have 100+ goals.

A place where you can list out what assignments you want to work on for that day and how long. Users would be able to take their goals and say what they want to get done for that day

Users will be able to export Goals / OKRs file. This helps teams easily present goal progress and alignments in meetings or leadership updates without manual formatting.

Current: When entering results, timestamp = entry date only. Request: Ability to log results retroactively (e.g., enter August numbers in September but mark them for August 1).

Users will be able to select and delete multiple goals at once, improving efficiency and usability when managing goal lists.

Current: Can duplicate one goal at a time. Request: Ability to duplicate multiple goals at once (e.g., copy an entire set of monthly objectives in one action).

Current: “Stay under” measurement = binary (100% if under, 0% if over). Request: More graded measurement (e.g., if slightly over, show 80%, not instantly 0%).

Current: Goal progress assumes a straight-line trajectory. Request: Ability to set expected progress curves (e.g., ramp up over the year, not linear).

We are finding the fixed columns very limiting and would like to have the option to add additional ones. Customizable columns would be great. We would also like to be able to adjust the column width (like how one would do with an excel sheet).

Users will be able to create and manage preset goal / OKR templates that users can choose from when setting a new goal. This helps standardize goal-setting across teams and saves time by reducing manual entry especially for frequently repeated objectives.
