Feature requests

It will be nice to be able to link goals directly to Jira work items (and other tools like Azure DevOps), to avoid the manual creation and updating of the same things in Teamflect.

Users leverage Microsoft Loop to outline the projects tied to goals that are being managed in Teamflect. Both require tasks and other repetitive information. Please provide a way to integrate between Loop and Teamflect, or a way to sync. It will make Teamflect even more indispensible.

When it comes to goal measurements, it would be good if you could have one the increase / be greater than a target value. There is one to stay below, but if someone wanted to increase or stay above a value (through efficiencies for example), that would be very useful eg a target to submit a tender at least 2 days before a deadline date, or keep On time Delivery above 90%, etc

Problem: Department goals are currently assigned to the goal owner’s department automatically. If I add multiple owners from different departments, the same goal shows up under multiple departments, which is confusing. Request: Add a way to manually select the department(s) for a Department goal, independent of the users linked to it. Suggested default: Pre-fill the department based on the primary owner’s department, but allow overriding it. Where to implement: Goal creation + goal edit screen.

Users will be able to export Goals / OKRs file. This helps teams easily present goal progress and alignments in meetings or leadership updates without manual formatting.

Currently, Teamflect offers great filtering options for goals (by owner, labels, type, progress, status) and multiple view modes (List, Feed, User, Tree). However, these filters need to be reapplied each time you access the Goals module. Requested Feature: Add the ability to save custom filter combinations as named "Views" that can be: Set as default view when opening the Goals module Quickly accessed with one click from a saved views dropdown Shared across team members (optional) Use Case: Similar to Microsoft Goals' saved views feature, this would allow users to create personalized dashboards like "My Team's Q1 OKRs" or "High Priority Goals" without having to manually reapply the same filters every session. Benefits: Saves time for frequent goal reviewers Improves user experience and adoption Enables consistent reporting views across teams

Users will be able to view goal progress values directly in the Goals table, improving visibility and reducing the need for additional clicks.

The ability to able to bulk close or update KPI's. I have about 400 of them we need to close at the end of the review period, and they will need to be closed manually.

I like automated goal update reminder functionality, but it can only be set every X nr of weeks. I would like it to be done once a month, so please add that functionality.
