In order to edit/add progress to a goal it requires you to be either an admin or an owner of said goal. However, when a goal has multiple owners it is unclear who has the final responsibility. A "contributer" role would make sense, as it could allow the contributer to contribute to ex. goal progress, description and label (maybe not title, weight of subgoals and deadline).

This role would make it easier for outsiders to see who to reach out to regarding the goal. Furthermore it would make it clear to the owner/contributer who has which responsibility. Maybe the functionality could allow for specific rules for the business, maybe they could be seen by doing mouseover on the names.
