We would like to open "Enable monthly giveable recognition point limit" setting for only users, but make it limitless to admins.

It would better serve admins if we were not limited in amount of points we can give. For instance, if we wanted to use Teamflect for spot bonuses and there is a limit of 10 points per month set, admins cannot give out a higher recognition without changing that setting and then changing it back once the badge is given.

It also seems to block the ability to give points retroactively once you set the setting back to normal

We need to set aside a separate points budget specifically for managers and administrators. This will give them more flexibility to recognize and reward team members by allowing them to give badges with higher point values.

It would be great if you could send recognition via Teamflect Admin on behalf of the Company (rather than an individual) where there were no monthly set points. At the moment I am having to increase the 'max points' monthly allowance to be able to send promotion points then change it back when I am done.

100% Agree. Even if not unlimited a different limit can be set by user role.

Second this. Currently admins need to manually change the point limits so managers can give out more recognitions and then change it back, which is a cumbersome workaround.

Agreed. Right now we have to circumvent the monthly point limit by increasing it every time a manager wants to send out a badge after their monthly limit has been reached, or add badges with no points for weekly recognitions, which is a lot of work. It would be ideal to be able to select the managers and give them a higher points budget.
