As a manager, I'd like to be able to request additional clarification from a feedback provider after they've submitted their 360-degree feedback.

Sometimes the feedback we receive is very brief or lacks enough context to be actionable. Instead of reaching out outside the platform, it would be much more efficient if managers could request elaboration directly within Teamflect.

Ideally, this would allow managers to:

Request clarification on a submitted feedback response

Include an optional message explaining what additional context is needed

Notify the original feedback provider

Allow the provider to update or add to their existing response without creating a new feedback request

This would encourage more meaningful, actionable feedback while keeping the entire conversation and feedback history within the system.
