Admins need a way to validate the full 360 experience before going live, including:

What the feedback provider receives/sees

The questions and instructions displayed

The overall participant experience and flow

Any email/notification communication associated with the request

Expected behavior:

Add a “Send test” option for 360 feedback so admins can send the configured 360 to themselves or selected test users without creating actual feedback requests or affecting the live process/results.

Business impact:

This would allow admins to confidently QA their 360 setup before launching it at scale and reduce the risk of configuration or communication issues being discovered only after employees receive the request.
