Yes, correct. Our workflow is that Core, Self, Peer and Supervisor (by direct reports) evaluations are sent out first, so that when the Supervisor does their assessment of direct reports they already have the other data accumulated. Does this help clarify?

Are you looking to have a separate “Core Questions” section that can be reused across all feedback requests, where the same set of questions is automatically applied to all providers/relationships (both self and others), instead of adding them manually each time?
If you can share a bit more detail on your workflow (or an example of how you’d expect it to work), that would really help the Product team. Looking forward to your insights!
