Improve 360 degree feedback for personnel interviews in the results view

It would be great if 360° feedback, the self-assessment and the manager's evaluation could be combined in such a way that the manager can give his feedback under the various self-assessment blocks and the overall result of the self-assessment and feedback given by the manager would then be visible in the result view. This would give you a clean document for personnel interviews and you wouldn't have to click back and forth between self-assessment and feedback from the manager. As soon as the self-assessment has been given, managers should then have the answer to each individual question and then, if necessary, be given the opportunity to provide feedback on the question or the entire subject area themselves.
