Adding new status for goals - draft.
Currently created goals are directly visible to the added owner. As managers are prepping for the review discussion they might want to add the goals already to have them set for the call. Often they want to discuss the content of the goals directly with the employee and not share beforehand.
Of course they can add themselves as owner and update goal afterwards but we were thinking on a option to “draft” goals. So they are created but not directly shared.

Myka hi! It is not a confirmation workflow; it is for a user (either manager or employee) to be able to prepare a goal prior to their conversation and then, during a meeting, they can just correct details and confirm the goal to make it "live". With that we are giving a space to prepare, but not share yet - if goals are direct to improve employee's performance, sharing them before having a conversation with employee may be sensitive.
