When creating a new goal I have the ability to "create separate goals for selected people". Very good feature. But I've created Goal templates that when I duplicate (create for new team members) this option does not exist. Can you add. Also if I duplicate a parent goal it does not duplicate any sub goals - can we make it do that as well. I've added a screen shot of my template goals. I'd like to duplicate the entire thing parent and sub goals to multiple team members all at once.

The development plan in a review only lets you add in new goals, would be nice to be able to grab goals that you have already set up if you did the work in advance or if the goal is continuing.

We will create a new Branding settings page under Admin Center > Settings to consolidate app customization options.

Admins will be able to automatically trigger review, survey, or 360 cycles based on employee anniversaries such as their hire date. This helps organizations collect structured feedback or send engagement surveys on meaningful milestones, like the 1st or 5th work anniversary.

Ability to edit/delete a spelling mistake in a recognition

Admins will be able to send Teamflect emails using their own domain (e.g. example@yourcompany.com ). This helps increase trust and deliverability for internal communications. *This feature will be available on the Professional plan.

Users will be able to include Individual Development Plans as part of the review process. This helps organizations connect performance feedback with actionable growth plans, making it easier to track and support employee development over time.

Add a drop down menu for individuals to select an estimated time the talking point would take e.g., 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes.

We will update the Teamflect App sidebar UI and introduce a new collapsed mode to provide a cleaner, more efficient navigation experience.

We will add a sub-setting in the Goal and Competency-related question sections of review templates to make the ‘Additional Comment’ field mandatory for rating and multiple-choice questions when specific answers are selected.
