Tasks that are made within a meeting should have the option to recur in future meetings until completed. Having those live only under the Tasks tab is unhelpful for ongoing conversation between team members. Thank you!

Pre-set goal templates streamline the goal-setting process, making it easier for users to create goals and ensuring consistency and alignment across teams.

Users should be able to upload tasks in bulk.

Using OKR diverse people can contribute to objectives and key results. Now you can use button "request update" only for your direct reports and below. This feature would bring more efficiency in goals updates.

For recurring events, it would be helpful to have a continuous and active meeting summary, which can be accessed and emailed at once.

Great that we will soon be able to bulk assign competencies to roles but would be even better if this could be extended to other parameters under the role profile i.e. level, category, description, key responsibilities - Just a bulk upload template for all the features would be great!

Currently the surveys from exited employees are shown in a greyed out colour format. we are currently using surveys for exit questionnaires and it becomes unreadable in case we are going back to this survey after employee has exited from company and teamflect.

I would like one central location to keep notes from multiple meetings. I have many weekly meetings and it can be difficult to remember which week a specific decision was made. It would be useful to have one location where we can post decisions on a rolling basis. Thanks!

I would want the committee members to share Admin responsibilities with me and give them Company-wide Admin access but only for the Recognition Module.
