For recurring events, it would be helpful to have a continuous and active meeting summary, which can be accessed and emailed at once.

We are finding the fixed columns very limiting and would like to have the option to add additional ones. Customizable columns would be great. We would also like to be able to adjust the column width (like how one would do with an excel sheet).

Admins will be able to set a custom primary color for the Teamflect app based on their company branding. This allows organizations to personalize the visual look of Teamflect to better reflect their identity across all users. *This feature will be available on the Professional plan.

Right now, goals can only be tracked in %'s based on 100%. We have targets that are dollar amounts or number of visits or a goal of 21% GM. We need the system to show they achieved 18% of 21% GM and not 86% like it currently does. We would like the ability to choose how the progress shows. We are able to set the type of target and need to be able set how it is displayed.

Tasks that are made within a meeting should have the option to recur in future meetings until completed. Having those live only under the Tasks tab is unhelpful for ongoing conversation between team members. Thank you!

Transfer all data from an old meeting into a new meeting (copy/paste option) Need to be able to transfer notes, talking points and tasks etc from one meeting to another

Add the ability to convert a Talking Point (Agenda item) directly into a task. Which would be handy for setting follow actions for team members.

Admins will be able to schedule review and survey cycles to be sent at a future specific date. This helps HR teams plan ahead and launch performance or engagement cycles automatically without needing to trigger them manually on the exact day.

Would be great to have the option to highlight certain talking points in color, to be able to add images (screenshots etc.) and icons (red flags etc.).

Admins will be able to preview a review template in admin center before sending it out. This helps ensure that all questions, settings, and visibility rules are correctly configured reducing errors and giving admins more confidence before launch.
