Enable a simple way to export or preview an individual review as a clean, non-editable PDF.
Problem
While Teamflect allows reviews to be printed or saved as PDFs, this is positioned more as a final output rather than a clear preview of what a completed review will look like for colleagues.
We need a simple way to:
Show colleagues what their completed review will look like
Provide a clean, formatted view for discussions ahead of sign-off
Share externally without requiring system access
Request
Add a “Preview as PDF” or “Export as PDF (read-only)” option
Format the review as a clean, structured document (no edit controls, no system UI)
Keep it non-editable and purely for viewing/sharing
Outcome
Improves colleague understanding of the process
Supports better quality conversations before sign-off
Makes reviews easier to share outside the system
Reduces confusion during rollout and training

Would really like to see what the performance review form looks like before launching a cycle. Sending a Test feature is fine, but I'd like to be able to see and experience what the reviewer and reviewee will see
