Right now, goals can only be tracked in %'s based on 100%. We have targets that are dollar amounts or number of visits or a goal of 21% GM. We need the system to show they achieved 18% of 21% GM and not 86% like it currently does. We would like the ability to choose how the progress shows. We are able to set the type of target and need to be able set how it is displayed.

Tasks need to option to be able to recur monthly, daily, annually. If I have 1st of the month tasks, I'm not able to use this currently.

Enable the ability to update and track goal progress by importing data from Excel files. This feature streamlines the process of managing and monitoring goals, making it easier for teams to keep records up-to-date and aligned with performance targets.

We will be adding two new measurement types: 'Stay Above' and 'Stay Below.' These options will allow you to track progress more accurately by defining targets and optional thresholds, ensuring your progress calculation reflects whether values stay above or below specific points, with or without a threshold.

While exporting raw data is possible, having an API to export data directly to PowerBI would greatly enhance reporting capabilities. This feature would allow for advanced reporting and the creation of additional dashboards outside of Teamflect, providing more flexibility and insights.

We will show pending surveys, feedback requests, and reviews with upcoming due dates, helping you stay on track and meet deadlines.

We will add the 9-box filter to the 'Filter users by attributes' option. Admins will be able to assign users based on their 9-box values when starting reviews, surveys, or 360 feedback processes.

We will be adding the 'Review Insight' feature to the All Reviews page. Admins will be able to open the Insight page from All Reviews for the relevant cycle and select a manager to view the insight data of their direct reports.

We will be introducing AI-powered user summaries, providing personalized insights and key information about each user, helping streamline decision-making and improve overall efficiency.

It would be great if competencies had related learning resources tied to them. If you needed a specific competency, what can you do to obtain that competency (add learning resources (on the job activities, books, courses, etc...)
