How can we add documents to feed our AI Chatbot, without those documents being posted on our Intranet for all employees to see?

We want to upload a range of policies, programs, and procedures to help prompt/feed our Teamflect AI Chatbot; however, we don't want to create a visible post on the intranet for each upload and/or a permanent document.
