It would be so helpful for our managers to receive some sort of notification when their team member successfully views a recognition - currently, they don't know if they're being received or viewed as the employees aren't saying anything sometimes (for some reason).

Hi. I have one suggestion regarding the Recognition module. It would be good to consider adding a notification for employees towards the end of the month, reminding them to use their available points. I think this could be useful, similar to the notification we currently have for completing the survey. Thank you.

If there would be a way to organize your notes, or tag them into a certain category it would be helpful at the end of the year to find things related to these areas (disciplinary, coaching, success, goals) etc. Even if you would Pin important notes so that you could filter a staffs notes by pinned

Our company sets goals (specifically "Development Goals") quarterly. We require employees to have set their quarterly Development Goal within the first 2 weeks of the quarter. Without the control to turn off the ability to create a new Development Goal type, employee's can create Development goals late and we are not able to prevent them from doing so.

Currently, under the Goal-Related Questions section, there are options to filter goals by parent and by goals with custom weights. If we can filter by parent goal, we should also have the option to filter by sub-goal.

When a task is created in teamflect, it would be great to be able to schedule work time directly on your calendar for that task.

In order to edit/add progress to a goal it requires you to be either an admin or an owner of said goal. However, when a goal has multiple owners it is unclear who has the final responsibility. A "contributer" role would make sense, as it could allow the contributer to contribute to ex. goal progress, description and label (maybe not title, weight of subgoals and deadline). This role would make it easier for outsiders to see who to reach out to regarding the goal. Furthermore it would make it clear to the owner/contributer who has which responsibility. Maybe the functionality could allow for specific rules for the business, maybe they could be seen by doing mouseover on the names.

Introduce a mandatory manager approval workflow before an Objective can be closed. When an employee attempts to close an Objective, it should move to Pending Manager Approval. Their direct manager can then approve or reject the request: If approved, the Objective moves to Closed. If rejected, it returns to its previous status and the employee receives an email notification. Approval and rejection activity should be recorded in an audit trail. This workflow should apply to all Objectives. This is important because employee Objectives may contribute to broader company goals. Allowing Objectives to be closed without validation can result in inaccurate organizational progress reporting and potentially affect performance Reviews. Manager approval would ensure Objective completion is actively verified throughout the year, before the Review cycle.

Would like to be able to add a live Powerbi dashboard as a custom block. Alternatively, parts of a Powerbi report.

For organizations like ours, reviews are used to track progress during the current week/month rather than evaluate past weeks or months. Because of this, I would like the automation feature to allow selecting the current week/month as the review period. When creating a review cycle manually, I can freely choose the review period, including the current or upcoming week. However, when setting up an automated cycle, the review period is limited to past weeks or months, and there is no option to select the current week.
