Issue: Teamflect lacks a cohesive module for effective team project management. The existing Goals and Tasks modules, while useful, exhibit fundamental flaws in integration and completeness. Goal Issues: Sorting, Completion Status, Grouping Sorting: Introduce a 'sort by' feature for Goals, similar to the function available for Tasks. This is essential for organizing Goals based on due date, priority, assigned user, etc. Addresses the issue of unorganized Goal locations with varying due dates. Completion Status: Introduce a feature to hide completed Goals, similar to the existing functionality in the Tasks module. This ensures a streamlined and focused view for users. Grouping: Enable grouping of Goals in the All Goals/Company Goals view based on MS Teams Groups, similar to the grouping options available in the Tasks feature (e.g., by labels, assigned person). Additional utility, allow us to select which groups we would like to include. Addresses disorganized format in All Goals/Company Goals view by enhancing big picture organization. Task Issues: Team View, Goals Integration, Grouping by MS Teams Group. Team Management: Implement a filter to view all tasks assigned to all users (Similar to Goals), particularly beneficial for team management and collaborative efforts. The current 'assigned to me/by me' filters are insufficient for overseeing team progress when tasks have not been assigned by me or to me. Goal Integration: Improve the integration between Goals and Tasks by adopting a hierarchy similar to the existing Goals-Subgoals relationship; Goals>Subgoals>Tasks. Provides a more intuitive and interconnected approach to task management. Additionally, allow for the option to bypass subgoals, simplifying the structure to Goals>Tasks when necessary. Grouping by MS Teams Group: Introduce a feature to group tasks based on their MS Teams Group affiliation. This functionality would provide users with the flexibility to organize tasks according to the Group/Client/Project they are associated with, offering a targeted perspective. Benefits: Enhanced organization and sorting capabilities for both Goals and Tasks. Streamlined integration between Goals and Tasks for a more intuitive user experience. Enables top-down management and grassroots collaboration and task sharing. Conclusion: I would not suggest these improvements if I didn’t believe Teamflect is currently the best-integrated Teams management platform available. Addressing these key enhancements will significantly improve the overall effectiveness and utility of the Teamflect platform, fostering better team collaboration and project management. Thank you for considering these suggestions.
