Add a timeline (Excel-style table) for tasks, where one can indicate each individual task, the expected date of completion and the staff or team member responsible, to adequately track goal progress.

This would allow the ability to upgrade a task to a goal within the task itself. Have the ability to create a new goal when assigning a task to a goal, if one isn't available. Add a button for "New Goal" and expand the goal-add window to include the appropriate goal creation features. OR, have the ability to set a Task progress bar and show progress completion when associated checklist items or sub-tasks are completed.

It would be useful to find previous meeting notes in Teamflect if there was a search function.

Admins will be able to archive review templates. This helps keep the workspace clean and focused by hiding past cycles that are no longer active, while still retaining access for reporting and reference.

I would like to be able to continue meeting notes from one meeting to the next so that I can add to them and not flip back and forth between last meeting and current meeting to remember what was last discussed.

Please add a sorting feature by manager on the main succession plan page. All the other fields have a sort feature except the manager. Adding this sort would be very helpful.

Add the ability to add hand written notes to 1:1 meetings from iPad, surface, etc.

FREEZE THE TOP ROW WITH USER ATTRIBUTES SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT FIELD YOU ARE ON WITHOUT HAVING TO SCROLL BACK UP TO TOP
