Feature requests

Managers will be able to filter users using 9-box categories during user selection. This helps managers and admins quickly target specific talent groups such as high performers with high potential when setting up reviews or surveys.

I would also suggest having an option to make the additional comments field mandatory in the review questions, as in some cases we need employees to add details for their ratings.
