Feature requests

We used the API to extract goal data but can't extract comments. We want to pull this data into Power BI for easier management, especially since we'll be managing many users who aren't meeting expectations. Integrating comments into Power BI would simplify the process compared to handling data directly in Teamflect.4:07 pm

When creating a new goal I have the ability to "create separate goals for selected people". Very good feature. But I've created Goal templates that when I duplicate (create for new team members) this option does not exist. Can you add. Also if I duplicate a parent goal it does not duplicate any sub goals - can we make it do that as well. I've added a screen shot of my template goals. I'd like to duplicate the entire thing parent and sub goals to multiple team members all at once.

Hi i would like to be able to filter goals according to the different categories.... for example if it is a development goals or performance goals etc...now i see all active goals

We will implement the ability to choose between various goal frameworks (Goals, OKRs, KPIs, Objectives, and Targets) to enable flexible usage and customization.

We will be adding two new measurement types: 'Stay Above' and 'Stay Below.' These options will allow you to track progress more accurately by defining targets and optional thresholds, ensuring your progress calculation reflects whether values stay above or below specific points, with or without a threshold.

Enable the ability to update and track goal progress by importing data from Excel files. This feature streamlines the process of managing and monitoring goals, making it easier for teams to keep records up-to-date and aligned with performance targets.

Users will be able to edit their goal details, title, process, status, and more directly on the Goal page.

Goals should have a feature similar to Tasks where you can sort by Due Date. In it's current state, there is no way to organize Goals long term except to click and drag them in order of their due date. This feature should be available across the entire goals tab. Similarly to Tasks, you should be able to hide completed Goals. The progress filter is not sufficient because I would like to see all of my tasks that are not at 100%.

I find it inconvenient to toggle from parent goals and subgoals. I have to exited out of the subgoal to go back to other subgoals within the same parent goal.
