Monthly automation for OKRs

I would like to have the option to set up monthly automation for my objectives and key results (OKRs) in the review cycles. Currently, only quarterly, yearly, or weekly intervals are available, but having a monthly option would better suit my needs. This feature would allow for more frequent updates and alignments with my team's goals.

That would be very beneficial, especially if we can automate the recurrance through automation, also template would include the weights for sub-goals

Duplicate linked tasks and/or subgoals when duplicating goals

It would be great to have the option to have sub goals and tasks also duplicate when you duplicate a goal so that goals that reoccur year over year can be quickly set up for the year ahead (just changing due dates) without having to re-enter all the repeating tasks or subgoals
