We used the API to extract goal data but can't extract comments. We want to pull this data into Power BI for easier management, especially since we'll be managing many users who aren't meeting expectations. Integrating comments into Power BI would simplify the process compared to handling data directly in Teamflect.4:07 pm

Ability to archive last year's goals.

Goal status will be dynamically updated based on the trendline, automatically adjusting the status if progress falls behind schedule.

We will introduce an approval system for goal assignments, enabling managers to review and approve employee goals before they are finalized, ensuring alignment with team objectives.

We will introduce Phase Targeting for goals, allowing you to break down goals into multiple phases, making it easier to track progress and achieve milestones step-by-step.

Add an option to print all goals from the Goals module, including subgoals, that are filtered by date. This provides visibility of current goals all at once.
