Anniversary Reminder for Manager

Presently, you can assign a task group without setting up an automation rule, and "assign" the task to a specific individual.
For Anniversaries (or Birthdays), it would be helpful to assign the task to a specific group (i.e. the Manager (and even indirect Manager)). Managers can change over the course of the year, so assigning it to an individual risks losing the task if the person offboards. If the task is attached to the "manager" role, however, it could stay active, regardless of who is in the seat.

Hello Ruthie,
Thank you for your feedback. Could you provide more details about your scenario, particularly regarding any other use cases besides anniversaries and birthdays? Understanding your specific needs and potential scenarios will enable us to find a solution that meets your requirements effectively.
Have a nice day!

Teamflect Product Team Sure! One Use Case is that we want the Manager of an individual to receive a reminder when their direct report has an anniversary or birthday! It would be helpful to build it so that each year, the manager would receive a reminder or task that highlights that their direct report has hit their 1st or 3rd or 5th anniversary, in order to congratulate them or send them a small gift. Because of turnover and transferriing across the teams over the course of the year(s), this task needs to be attached to the role of "manager" instead of the manager's name.

Another Use Case is if there is a department level or team level goal. Being able to assign it to the manager, allows the manager "role" to own it - even if they transfer to another department. (this isn't as strong of a Use Case.)
