This is a great feature and something we were looking to automate at our company. Would it be possible to include Work Anniversary's as well that could go by Employee start date and announce how long they've been at the organization for?

With this automated recognition, consider including an option for admin to exclude users from receiving a birthday recognition. Some employees do not celebrate birthdays for religious or personal reasons.
