It would be extremely beneficial if Copilot could connect to Teamflect data across the board in a read and write relationship.

Users will be able to ask questions to an AI chatbot inside Teamflect to get insights on team performance, progress, and other key metrics. This also helps users quickly understand how features work, get setup guidance, or find answers.

Users will be able to leverage AI to summarize feedback within the 360-degree sections in the Review, providing quick insights and improving the feedback analysis process.

Organizations will be able to fine-tune Teamflect AI to match their specific business needs, making its insights more relevant and effective across workflows.

Tasks should have an ai-generation option just like the goals

Admins can create AI-generated question sets for Reviews, Surveys, and Feedback templates directly from the Admin Center, tailored to specific topics.

As part of an upcoming improvement, we'll introduce AI-generated development goals within the Review templates' development plan section. These suggestions will be based on review results, enhancing the effectiveness of developmental strategies for Reviewees. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting enhancement!
