I try to add descriptions in feedback templates. But the description is quite long and area dedicated for that is small. Is there any chance to show a description on the top of the page, like in reviews?

When viewing the "Reviews about my team" page, the completion rate does not update as items are being completed. Also it took a while to sort out that "1" means that is the step in the process where you are and "0" means essentially nothing as the items are "0" if they have been completed or not. This could use a re-think of the UI. Completion should just be "Step X of Y" and completed items should be either in strikethrough text or have a check mark beside them with plain text. Current item should be highlighted in Green (or red if overdue). Yet to be completed items could be in plain text and grey font.

This feature allows admins to see the number and names of individuals in selected group or filter results when starting reviews and surveys, enabling targeted sending based on the audience.

I would like to have numbers (1 to 5) instead of stars when rating goals in the performance review. thanks

Admins will have the ability to customize the signing sequence within review templates through an upcoming enhancement. This new feature will provide admins with increased control over document workflows, offering options for the Reviewee to sign first, the Reviewer to sign first, or the flexibility of no restrictions.

Can we have the option to rate the goals out of 100?

One of the major works of HR team’s role in a review process is to follow up with people that not yet completed their stage in the review. It would save the administrators' work if there is a feature to "auto-escalate" or even manaully bulk push of escalation of the overdue review stage to the Manager of the assignee, i.e. Manager of the reviewer, Manager of the reviewee, Manager of feedback provider etc.
