We want the ability to view reviews for multiple layers within the reporting structure, beyond just direct reports and the first level of indirect reports. Introduce functionality to expand visibility across various layers in the reporting structure, providing a more comprehensive view of reviews for all team members under a specific leader.

Enable managers to attach documents directly to a Review or Review cycle, providing additional context and supporting materials for the evaluation process.

Enable the option to request feedback from external providers directly within the feedback forms inside the Reviews module, ensuring a seamless integration of external insights.

Expand the Reviews module to allow Leads to view their entire organizational structure, grouped by each People Lead under them. Currently, a Lead can only see two layers below, but this feature would provide a full hierarchical view for better clarity and team organization.

Introduce a filter feature in Reviews, allowing Scoped Admins and Practice Leads who oversee entire practices to filter teams for easier navigation and focused analysis.

Allow users to preview feedback templates when inserting them into Review forms, similar to the functionality in the Feedback module. This ensures that senders can see the content of the preset templates before using them.

Reviewer--reviewee format places the comments in two columns side by side. When one commenter is verbose and the other uses few words, the review becomes difficult to read. A single column review format with the reviewee response followed by the reviewer response would be easier to read and use half the amount of paper when printing is necessary.

We want the leader comments to be deleted on the 2024 goals review in our review. We do not want the leader to score the staffer or add comments. How do we delete this option? Thanks.

When I click on "Download PDF" for my review, it does download as a PDF however not all of the scale data (scale rating 1-10) does not pull over to the PDF.

It would be great to have an option for calibration supervisors to tag reviewers on a review comment when they need to emphasize attention on a specific aspect of a review.
