Transfer all data from an old meeting into a new meeting (copy/paste option) Need to be able to transfer notes, talking points and tasks etc from one meeting to another

I add sub notes to talking point items on recurring 1 on 1s, but have to enter them every time manually. Should have the ability to make notes recurring as well to correspond with the talking point OR make the talking point section capable of sub bulleted items.

Tasks that are made within a meeting should have the option to recur in future meetings until completed. Having those live only under the Tasks tab is unhelpful for ongoing conversation between team members. Thank you!

For recurring events, it would be helpful to have a continuous and active meeting summary, which can be accessed and emailed at once.

You will be able to use Teamflect during meetings with external parties and send meeting minutes to all or selected participants.

It would be useful to bulk add a talking point/note to multiple direct reports at one time instead of having to go into each individual meeting instance. Not recurring talking points, but same talking points across different direct reports.

Would like an option to right click on links from meeting notes and open them in a separate browser window. Right now, when I click links, it takes me out of my meeting notes and I need to navigate back to them.

I would like to keep a rolling talking points/task list, where if something doesnt get ticked off, it automatically moves to the next day. I've seen that it suggests points that were incomplete from the past meeting on the right, but was wondering if there's a way that it can automatically do it, along with notes etc.

So often, many of the talking points for my 1:1 meetings have to do with an email that I received. It would be helpful to have an added option on the teamflect Outlook add-in that allows me to turn an email to a talking point. The current option of making it a task is helpful, but sometimes I don't need to assign a task -- I need to talk through the email and I don't want to forget to do it when I have my 1:1. This feature would be a great addition for my team and me, and I believe would be useful to others as well.

I would like a way to mark who from a group meeting was in attendance for the meeting. I'd especially like this to display in the meeting summary that is sent out to the team.
