Feature requests

We are finding the fixed columns very limiting and would like to have the option to add additional ones. Customizable columns would be great. We would also like to be able to adjust the column width (like how one would do with an excel sheet).

Admins will be able to create and manage preset goal / OKR templates that users can choose from when setting a new goal. This helps standardize goal-setting across teams and saves time by reducing manual entry especially for frequently repeated objectives.
