Custom Groups will allow users to create and manage their own project-based or cross-functional groups directly within the app, independent of Microsoft Teams or organizational structures. This feature enables more flexible collaboration, making it easier for teams to organize around initiatives, projects, or temporary workstreams.

Users will be able to create and manage preset goal / OKR templates that users can choose from when setting a new goal. This helps standardize goal-setting across teams and saves time by reducing manual entry especially for frequently repeated objectives.

It would be extremely beneficial if Copilot could connect to Teamflect data across the board in a read and write relationship.

Users will be able to ask questions to an AI chatbot inside Teamflect to get insights on team performance, progress, and other key metrics. This also helps users quickly understand how features work, get setup guidance, or find answers.

I would want the committee members to share Admin responsibilities with me and give them Company-wide Admin access but only for the Recognition Module.

Admins will be able to create a custom-branded Teamflect app for Microsoft Teams by uploading their own name and icons. This helps companies deliver a more personalized experience by embedding Teamflect into Teams under their own brand. *This feature will be available on the Professional plan.
