We will make goal editing permissions more flexible by moving edit restrictions to the goal type configuration. Admins will be able to restrict editing not only to Goal Owners, but also to Goal Creators and Goal Manager hierarchy, giving you more control over who can update goals.

We will introduce a dedicated Agent Settings page in Admin Center. Agent-related settings will be moved from AI Settings to provide a clearer separation between AI and Agent features, making administration and configuration easier, more organized, and scalable.

Add auto-save feature at the Waiting to be Finalized stage of the review. With auto-save occurring in prior stages, employee and reviewer may think auto-save is still enabled. The result is that they can easily miss saving their edits and worst, lose their work. If auto-save is not possible, an alternative is to add an alert to the top of page that any edits at this stage must be saved. The save button at the bottom of the review can easily be missed.

Users will be able to add hyperlinks to the comments section in Teamflect goals/tasks, and to the description sections in Teamflect reviews module.

When creating a new goal I have the ability to "create separate goals for selected people". Very good feature. But I've created Goal templates that when I duplicate (create for new team members) this option does not exist. Can you add. Also if I duplicate a parent goal it does not duplicate any sub goals - can we make it do that as well. I've added a screen shot of my template goals. I'd like to duplicate the entire thing parent and sub goals to multiple team members all at once.

The current behaviour is that these optional answers count as 0 if not evaluated and decrease the performance of the employee. The criterion is not required to have the possibility for the employee to perform on it if the opportunity is given to him but if it's not the case, his note shouldn't be impacted as it would be if the criterion could be put in a "N/A" status

We will introduce a new feedback setting that allows admins to lock feedback submissions after the due date. When enabled, users will no longer be able to submit feedback once the deadline has passed.

We will extend our External API to include 1-on-1 meeting data, enabling admins to access, integrate, and analyze 1-on-1 information through their existing workflows, reporting tools, and third-party systems.

We're enhancing Scoped Admin Access to provide greater flexibility and control over delegated administration. Improvements include: Scoped admins will be update manager information for users within their assigned scope. Scope definitions can be extended using organizational attributes with Text and Dropdown data types. This enhancement is already available. For example, administrators can define a scope using Country = France and Department = Marketing, ensuring access is limited to users who match all selected conditions.

Admins will have the ability to set and manage automations from the Automation page. Additionally, they will be able to view upcoming automations for the next 30 days in a convenient list format.
