Feature requests

Allow users to be part of multiple teams to enable access across those different teams goals/tasks etc. E.g. a Team Leader would be part of a Team Leader group as well as their Direct Reports group of, say, Technical Support. Each Team may have different goals that the Team Leader would need to manage.

talking points should be included in the 1-1 reporting

I would want the committee members to share Admin responsibilities with me and give them Company-wide Admin access but only for the Recognition Module.
