Feature requests

We would like to suggest having sort and filter functions in the review templates page for ease of searching for the desired template(s) as we expect to have more templates and the templates if used previously will still remain as reference

I would want the committee members to share Admin responsibilities with me and give them Company-wide Admin access but only for the Recognition Module.

There should be a way to only see the active review cycles and archive the non-active, rather than having the full historic list

There is no way to keep user's private notes hidden AND have their goals visible to their managerial hierarchy. We should have the ability to set private notes and have flexibility with who can see a user's goals. These two settings should not be combined in this privacy setting.

I want to be able to order the list of users by manager as you can do by name and email

It would be great to allow birthdays to be shared with only the the month and day of the employee's birthday, rather than including the year as well.

It would be great if admins had the ability to enable or disable modules for specific departments / teams. Currently, the only option is to activate or deactivate them for the entire company.

Ability to view and review standard Teamflect email notifications before company wide roll out to ensure the tone and style fits with the company culture during set up phase

Attributes that are added by default shoud be editable. Currently it;s imposible to change the label of default attributes and it;s a massive blocker as each organisation may have different nomenclature. Same goes for goals - I want to have team and department attribute and goal types.
