Admin - Task Group Experience Improvements

Teamflect Product Team
Admins will have access to an improved task creation experience within Task Groups. This update brings the task creation modal in Task Groups in line with the main app, and introduces advanced controls like assignment rules, attachments, and ordering. Teams will be able to build structured task groups with better ownership, flexibility, and clarity.
Key improvements include:
* “Will be assigned to” field to control task ownership logic
* Attachments in the description field
* Labeling support for tasks
* Optional checklist during task creation
* Task ordering within Task Groups
* Improved UI for task creation

Having this functionality will allow a lot less task groups, as our current task groups could be grouped into one task group with a checklist. It helps with comments being in one place and creates less noise in having so many issued tasks.

For a task such as "Onboard New Employee" it would be nice to have a pre-bult checklist you can create in the Admin Center for items that are part of the onboarding process.
