I would love to see some type of white board added to meetings to allow for brainstorming during the meeting using post its or some collaboration from all team members.

Myka, I could see it being used for brainstorming, for action planning and live collaboration as you suggested, and more specifically for things like root cause analyses for problem solving, prioritization of tasks, resource allocation, and knowledge and pathway mapping. Also for creating standard operating procedures with team input.
