Allow for custom user attributes to update based on certain conditions. Currently we automatically update from azure but we do not have labor types in Azure (Direct/Indirect employee). It would be beneficial if we created a custom field with an if/then condition. For example, if department is manufacturing, make Labor type Direct. This would help in filtering and sorting employees in reporting without constant manual bult uploads to ensure the custom attributes are accurate.
