It would be great to see survey results be available by PDF. In the survey section of the application under All Surveys for admin users, you can see an expanded version of survey results. This includes participants, answers and comments, which is a great snapshot, but it would be great if these results could be printed into a PDF. This will help distribute results to other users who are not administrators.

You can use the "Generate a report with AI" function to generate survey results in PDF format. Here is how you can do it;

It would also be great to be able to export the results via CSV or Excel file. The one I pulled from Reports was unhelpful; i.e., it had multiple rows for the same respondent. What would be perferred, is similar to Google Forms or Microsoft Forms: 1 row per respondent and their answers are spread out via columns.

Ian Brown : I am seconding Ian here. Sometimes the reporting dashboard will give me the option to export "Data with the current layout"; other times it does not. This happens with the same survey, so I think it is a buggy feature. Would be great if it worked reliably.
