There should be a way to collaborate on ideas, or topics that you need to revisit with certain people but that do not take place during a 1:1 or meeting. Similar to how OneNote works where multiple people can collaborate at once. Think of it as a running notes list that both people (or however many are added) can all access and edit at any time.
