Hi Rachel, thank you for sending over your feature request! Could you share how you would ideally like goal selection to work within reviews? For example, are you looking for managers/employees to manually choose specific goals to include in a review regardless of the goal period, or is there a different workflow you have in mind?

Hi Myka, thanks for following up. Yes, ideally we would like Managers to be able to manually choose the goals for the review so they can schedule targeted discussions on those that are most important at a particular point in time.
