Scheduling Meeting Title

When I'm in TeamFlect and use the schedule a 1 on 1 the title of the meeting defaults to "Review Discussion with Darcy Phillips". Where Darcy is the team member. Can you give me the ability to modify the title by default - I call these meetings "PDP Meeting with Darcy Phillips". It would be great if each of leader had the capability to have a unique default meeting title.
