We would like the monthly points allocation for users in the Recognitions module to roll over to the next month. For example, if we set the quota to 200 points per month and a user only gives 50 points in one month, they should be able to give 350 points the following month.

Additionally, we want the option to define the quota over different periods, such as a quarterly quota of 500 points or a semi-annual quota of 1000 points. We would like to see these two features added to the Recognitions module.
