If the calibrator adds comments/requests changes or improvements from the Reviewer there should be a seperate button to send back to the reviewer with notes, and reviewer should receive notifications.

And after the changes made by the reviewer they should be able to resend for calibration

If the calibrator does not request any changes there should be a seperate button that would send it back for finalization process.
