Reviews about my team is not visible to users who do not have any direct reports. If these users are requested to write a review or collaborate on a review, there is no where that shows a summary view of requests. Instead, users must constantly navigate through notifications which isn't user friendly. Reviews about my team section should be available to all users to allow better collaboration.
