Is is necessary to send me both a Teamflect message and an email when changes are made? Being informed in multiple applications is aggravating.

Hello Dear Kevin, you can change your notification settings under your profile. Please click your avatar and then go to the 2nd tab - "My settings". You will see this option under "Notifications"
