-Please give Admins ability to make recognitions private

We don't want recognitions public for the entire company to see. We try to tell everyone to make sure and remember to mark them as private but they forget. As an admin, I can't edit the visibility. My only option is to delete it and ask them to redo it which is a big pain. Could we either 1) have admins be able to edit visibility easily or, even better, 2) get the option to select a setting where all recognitions are automatically set as private?
