We'd like to create templates for goals so that we can select them as templates when needed. These goals consist of a tree structure with further sub-goals and associated tasks. We want to be able to copy the goal tree structure so that we can use it as a template for new goals.

We would greatly benefit from having direct access to a library of goals within the platform. This feature would provide users with pre-defined goal templates that can be customized to fit their specific needs and objectives.

It would help our employees if we can create goal templates for them to choose from as the create goal sections is rather complicated and many (too many) choices to choose from. Often our employees will have common goals that they can work on, just the level of expertise might be different for different employee grades.
